Returns are accepted within 14 days only.
Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. A replacement or an item of equivalent value will be provided as required. If a refund is requested, a handling charge of 10% will be deducted from the refund.
Return postage will be covered if the wrong item is sent or if the item is faulty, i.e., not fit for purpose. Please double-check you are ordering the correct size and color and have read the product description carefully.
Return postage and shipping costs are non-refundable in all circumstances.
If there is an issue with an item, please contact us as soon as possible, within the 14-day timeframe.
We offer many promotions and free item incentives. If your item is returned and a free gift was included, the refund will be the cost of the returned item minus the cost of the free gift included with the order.
Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be returned unless there is an error in the personalisation, so please ensure sizing is correct before placing your order.
